Macular Degeneration self-test
- Test each eye separately.
- Sit between 30 - 50 cm from the screen.
- Look at the central black spot on the large grid with normal reading or VDU glasses if needed.
- Can you see the complete grid? Are any of the lines missing or distorted?
- If yes it would be advisable to see your optometrist for a full eye examination
